General Policies
Due to the nature of custom and digital products, all sales are final once payment is submitted.
I will work on projects in the order received, once paid in full, and all necessary design assets have been submitted (for custom work).
Orders over $250.00 only require 50% retainer.
Please let me know before paying if your project is time-sensitive! Rush fees may apply.
Instant downloads and shopping carts are coming soon, I promise. That is high on my post holiday to do list.
I do not plan to offer editable PSD or Canva files unless it is a completely custom design and that will require a small fee.
For now, most files will be prepared and emailed usually within 1-3 business days of purchase, often much sooner if they are a common size.
FILE SIZES
Please double-check your photo booth software’s file requirements before ordering to confirm the exact size and dimensions.
I can make whatever size you need for no extra charge (in most cases) but I cannot issue a refund if you order the wrong size.
TURNAROUND TIME
I will work on designs in the order received once paid in full and all necessary assets have been submitted (for custom work).
Design work officially begins once any and all required assets have been submitted.
You’re welcome to pay and reserve your design spot at any time, even if you’re still collecting design assets, logos, inspiration, or event details.
Timing varies depending on complexity and current workload. If your project is time-sensitive, please let me know before paying.
Heads up:
December will be busier than any other month and rush fees will be higher. (May, June, and October too).
I may even be unavailable at times. Please order early!
LOGOS & OTHER DESIGN ELEMENTS
Please make sure your logos, photos, and other design elements are high-quality and clear.
I will do my best with what you provide including light cleanup, background removal, and color adjustments when needed and allowed.
If I find any files aren’t suitable for your chosen format (especially for print), I will let you know before proceeding. Sometimes I can find logos online if needed.
Adding new elements after design work has started may require layout changes or a full redesign, which could result in extra fees and added turnaround time.
REVISIONS
Each custom project includes 2 rounds of revisions.
Please submit multiple revision requests at once to save on fees.

Pricing
$19.50 per 20 minute session
Complimentary session with orders over $249.00
Once payment has been received in full, you are granted a non-exclusive commercial use license to use your design for your own business or event including printed materials, digital displays, and promotional content.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute any file or design in part or in full, whether for free or for profit. Each purchase is licensed to the original buyer only.
Completed designs may be displayed by The Gatherings Guide for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. We may also use any of our own contributed assets in other design work.
All design files remain the property of The Gatherings Guide until payment is complete.
Final files are delivered via email and/or download link after completion.
Please be sure to test your design files well before your event to confirm compatibility with your photo booth software, especially virtual green screens and video assets.
I am not available for live event support unless scheduled ahead of time.
If something doesn’t look right, just let me know or email support@gatheringsguide.com While I can’t offer free technical support, I’ll always do my best to help resolve any file related issues.
